Eric Voegelin Society
The Eric Voegelin Society (EVS) honors the scholarship and memory of Eric Voegelin by organizing each year a well-attended series of panels at the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association, where it serves as a “related group.” A complete listing of panels over the years, including some archived papers, can be accessed via the “Eric Voegelin Society” tab on the menu bar above.
Established as an independent non-profit organization in May 2012, after a quarter-century’s activity through the Voegelin Institute, EVS is an educational organization devoted to the revitalization of teaching and understanding of Eric Voegelin’s work and fundamental expressions of human civilization in art, literature, science, and politics.
